It was not easy trying to come up with a name for my business. However, I knew one thing was for certain, I did not want my name to be a part of it. The reason for that, it is not about me, it’s about YOU. It’s about what we do for our customers and how we serve them. I wanted something different, unique and meaningful. That’s when my business ally and supporter, Michael Hopkins, CEO of High i.Q and I came across the word, Zinnia.

Zinnia is a flower. It is known for its vibrant and showy colors. Acclaim, friendship, daily remembrance, goodness, tribute and endurance are just a few of the words to describe the meaning behind this flower. When I realized the meaning of this word, I lit up. It signifies the definition of what type of company I want to be for our clients. It’s meaning truly incorporates the foundation and core values of what we strive for everyday.

As mentioned, I fell into real estate in 2018 and have grown to love it. Over the years, I grew relationships with real estate agents and found a passion in helping them improve their business. Understanding the real estate world, the process and realizing that transaction coordination is such a niche area; is all what motivated me to build something that stands behind you.
