About Jen
Hello there!
My journey in real estate began in 2018, and over the years, I developed a deep appreciation for the industry and the professionals within it. As I built meaningful relationships with real estate agents, I discovered my passion for helping them enhance their businesses.
This passion led to the creation of Zinnia Transaction Coordination, LLC.
My background
A bit about me
Originally from a small town just east of Syracuse, NY, I moved to Western New York in 2014 to attend Niagara University and have called this region home ever since. Over the years, I have grown to love the WNY area. The strong sense of community, the spirit of the Buffalove family and the area’s accessibility are just a few of the reasons why I chose to stay and build my career.
My goal is to help real estate professionals streamline their transactions, improve efficiency, and ultimately achieve greater success in their business. I am truly passionate about supporting others and take great pride in helping agents thrive. If you are looking for a reliable partner to enhance your operations, I would love the opportunity to connect and collaborate.
The meaning behind Zinnia
It was not easy trying to come up with a name for my business. However, I knew one thing was for certain, I did not want my name to be a part of it. The reason for that, it is not about me, it’s about YOU. It’s about what we do for our customers and how we serve them. I wanted something different, unique and meaningful.
That’s when my business ally and supporter, Michael Hopkins, CEO of High i.Q and I came across the word “zinnia.”
Zinnia is a flower. It is known for its vibrant and showy colors. Acclaim, friendship, daily remembrance, goodness, tribute and endurance are just a few of the words to describe the meaning behind this flower.
When I realized the meaning of this word, I lit up. It signifies the definition of what type of company I want to be for my clients. Its meaning truly incorporates the foundation and core values of what I strive for everyday.
